Andhra Pradesh Disha Bill – Andhra Pradesh Special Courts for Specified Offices against Women and Children Bill, 2019 seeks to complete investigation into alleged rape and murder cases, conduct trials in special courts and award sentences to accused within 21 days. As this law requires changes in certain sections of the IPC and CrPC with a view to make them applicable only in Andhra Pradesh, it was withdrawn.
