Ministry of Culture (Performing Arts Bureau) implemented various schemes under its Kala Sanskriti Vikas Yojana (KSVY). Under the scheme, grants are approved for holding programs and activities involving large audience. The performances with a limited audience have been allowed, in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic. These performances would be held virtually.

Kala Sanskriti Vikas Yojana
Under the Kala Sanskriti Yojana, all the major schemes of the ministry of Culture were consolidated. The schemes include various other organisaton and schemes missions, autonomous organizations, schemes and grantee institutions of the Culture ministry.
Missions
Four missions to the scheme include- Gandhi Heritage Sites Mission (GHS), National Mission on Monuments and Antiquities (NMMA), National Mission on Libraries (NML) and National Mission on Manuscripts (NMM).
Autonomous Organizations
The autonomous organizations under the ministry include National School of Drama, Lalit Kala Akademi, Sahitya Akademi, Centre for Cultural Resources & Training, Sangeet Natak Akademi, National Gallery of Modern Art, Indira Gandhi National Centre of Arts and Zonal Cultural Centers.
Schemes
Important schemes of Ministry of culture include Grants for buildings and studios, Certificate of excellence scheme for Museum professionals, Museum Grant Scheme, National Memorial, Performing Arts Grant Scheme, Scholarships, Cultural Heritage Youth Leadership Programme, Digitization of Museum Collection, Financial Assistance to Cultural Organization with National Presence, Rajbhasha award scheme etc.
