e-Receipt 2.0 was launched by the Odisha Government to ease electronic payment of taxes and other dues. In the new system, payment gateway service providers of Indian Bank and Axis Bank were integrated with the Odisha Treasury Portal.
The newly rolled out portal will help improve the delivery of services in electronic receipts and disbursement under the Integrated Financial Management System (IFMS). It will provide facilities like card, UPI ID and QR code and wallets-based payments. During the launch event, the Service Level Agreements were signed between the state government and the two banks Â– Axis Bank and Indian Bank to use two other payment gateways (Bill desk and CC Avenue).
