PM Udyam Mitra for Excellence in Entrepreneurship Development (PMUmeed) is a proposed scheme developed by union skill development Ministry. This scheme is expected to help create entrepreneurship and handhold young enterprises currently struggling due to the COVID-19 crisis. Under this scheme, the Centre would assist more than 3000,000 youth to become entrepreneurs over the next 5 years by providing training, credit facilities and connections to appropriate markets.
