SC ruling on anti-conversion laws

The Supreme Court refused to stay anti-conversion laws passed by the states of Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand. It had issued notice and asked state governments to respond to the petition challenging the laws concerning marriages based on religious conversions. It had directed the petitioner to exercise the right under Article 32 by approaching respective HCs of the states.
