Turkey-UK free trade agreement

Turkey and the United Kingdom inked a free trade agreement as the latter prepares to leave the European Union at the start of 2021. This trade pact will come to effect from January 2021. It seeks to support bilateral trade between the two countries, which is estimated to be more than $25 billion in 2019. This deal is one among the many post-brexit trade deals the British government is pursuing with the nations across the world.
