Pradhan Mantri Digital Health Mission

Pradhan Mantri Digital Health Mission was launched by the Central Government on September 27 to ensure the seamless delivery of health-related information in a secure manner. It will enable access and exchange of health records of citizens with their consent.
The key components of the Pradhan Mantri Digital Health Mission are a health ID, Healthcare Professionals Registry (HPR) and Health Facilities Registries. These will ensure ease of doing business for doctors, hospitals and healthcare providers. The PM-DHM Sandbox, which was created as part of this mission will act as the framework for that testing and adoption of new technology required for digitization of healthcare services.
