Which state recently announced Horticulture Development Mission?

Announced by Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani, the Horticulture Development Mission (Mukhyamantri Bagayat Vikas Mission) seeks to double the income of farmers involved in medicinal and horticulture farming. Under this mission, the state government seeks to provide wasteland on 30-year lease for farming horticulture and medicinal crops. According to estimation, the government has around 50,000 non-cultivated wastelands. Tax on these lands will be waived off.
