WHO’s 5 global health agenda for 2021
The World Health Organisation, being concerned over the COVID-19 pandemic’s effect on global health progress made in last 2 decades, called on countries to strive to boost their healthcare systems to prevent other life-threatening diseases. In this regard, it had called for universal access to COVID-19 vaccine, global collaboration in collective health security, strengthening healthcare system, universal health coverage and prevention of non-communicable diseases.
