Preliminary projects during monsoon months have shown promising results. The endeavour requires at least 40% cloud and moisture coverage for effective outcomes. It is expected that favorable conditions for continued trials will fall on November 20 and 21, 2023. The project involves the use of silver iodide and other substances, distributed via aircraft. The success of the plan relies heavily on factors like moisture availability and rainfall levels.
