Bangladesh – Country of focus at 51st IFFI
The 51st edition of the International Film Festival of India (IFFI) is set to be held from January 16 to 24, 2021. This year, Bangladesh will be the focus country at IFFI.

- The four selected films to be showcased are- Zahidur Rahim Anjan’s Meghmallar; Tanvir Mokammel’s Jibondhuli; Rubaiyat Hossain’s Under Construction and Sincerely Yours, Dhaka by Syed Ahmed Shawki, Rahat Rahman Joy, NuhashHumayun, GolamKibriaFarooki, MD RobiulAlam, Mir Mukarram Hossain, Mahmudul Islam, Tanvir Ahsan, Abdullah Al Noor, Syed Saleh Ahmed Sobhan and Krishnendu Chattopadhyay.

The International Film Festival of India (IFFI) was founded in the year 1952. It is a significant film festival in Asia. The festival is held annually in Goa. IFFI is jointly conducted by the Goa State Government and the Directorate of Film Festivals (under Ministry of Information and Broadcasting).
