The Ministry of Culture, in collaboration with Heartfulness, marked the conclusion of the year-long celebrations for the 125th birth anniversary of Pujya Babuji Maharaj. The commemorative activities aimed to impact the lives of 12 crore people across 65,000 villages in India. Events spanned multiple states, including Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh, and Maharashtra, promoting meditation and lifestyle improvement. Over 50,000 participants attended the closing ceremony in person, while millions joined virtually from 165 countries.

Babuji Vanam

The event featured the inauguration of “Babuji Vanam,” the world’s first energy transmission garden. This thematic garden includes 40 species of trees that absorb and radiate Pranahuti, a yogic energy. It incorporates eco-friendly design elements, such as water harvesting systems and acupressure pathways. The garden also serves as a habitat for various fauna and includes a cow pen for educational interaction with children.

Exhibition of Babuji Maharaj’s Life

A special exhibition showcased Babuji Maharaj’s life through rare artifacts and photographs. This exhibition is accessible digitally, allowing a global audience to engage with his legacy. The event brought into light the importance of Babuji’s teachings and their relevance in contemporary society.

Publications Released

Two publications were launched during the ceremony. The first, “Holy Tirthankars,” authored by Rev. Daaji, explores the spiritual heritage shared between Jainism and Heartfulness. The second book, “A Symphony of Love,” contains messages from Mother Hélène Peyret, offering vital information about the human experience and expanding consciousness through meditation.

Governor Shri Jishnu Dev Varma emphasised the value of silence in meditation. He articulated that silence is a regenerative state that allows individuals to connect with their inner selves. The closing ceremony featured a captivating projection mapping that illustrated Babuji Maharaj’s journey and spiritual awakening.
