The venture includes installing mobile satellite service (MSS) terminals on approximately one lakh motorised and fishing boats across 13 coastal states. Powered by India’s own Navigation with Indian Constellation (NavIC), these MSS terminals will ensure efficient monitoring, control, and surveillance of marine fishing vessels. The project aims to bolster emergency communication capabilities, asset tracking, and secure operations along India’s coastline.
