The use of advanced technology can increase recovery rates to between 88% and 93%. This is improvement over traditional methods, which typically yield less than 63%.

The Department of Consumer Affairs (DoCA) plans to replicate the Sonipat model nationwide. The aim is to develop similar facilities near major consumer markets.
