The annual report, produced by Global Finance since 1994, evaluates and grades the performance of central bank governors across 101 significant countries, territories, and regions, including entities like the European Union and various African central banks. The report acknowledges central bankers who have excelled in combating inflation and devising innovative strategies to address economic challenges caused by pent-up demand and disrupted supply chains. The complete report and grading list will be published in October. Notably, Thomas J. Jordan of Switzerland and Nguyen Thi Hong of Vietnam are the other two central bankers awarded A+ ratings.
