India International Science Festival (IISF) 2020- Highlights

Prime Minister Modi inaugurated a science festival- India International Science Festival (IISF) 2020 on December 22 through video conferencing. It is the 6th edition of the festival and the event will be conducted from December 22 to 23.

India International Science Festival (IISF)

IISF is an annual science event that is being conducted every year by Vijana Bharati in collaboration with various ministries. The first such science festival was held in the year 2015. Before this, the 1st and 2nd edition of IISF was held in New Delhi; 3rd edition was held in Chennai; 4th edition in Lucknow and 5th edition in Kolkata.
