National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC)

The National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) has rejected Cloudtail India Pvt. Ltd.’s appeal challenging the Central Consumer Protection Authority’s (CCPA) order concerning consumer rights infringement. It comprises a Chief Commissioner and two other commissioners, responsible for goods and services-related cases.
