Other Awards from Sahitya Akademi

This award is based on books first published in the five years immediately ahead of the award year, highlighting recent and relevant contributions to children’s literature.
Similarly, the Sahitya Akademi Yuva Puraskar focuses on encouraging young authors who are 35 or below.
