SAMBHAV is a national level awareness program aimed at promoting domestic entrepreneurship. The program focuses on expanding domestic production, which promotes economic growth.
Highlights
This is a large outreach program run by the Ministry of MSME that encourages students from various universities and ITIs across the country to become entrepreneurs through its 130 branch offices. During the campaign, video and audio film screenings warn college students about various programs implemented by the Ministry of MSME.
The program was launched in October 2021 by the Ministry of MSME and is of one month duration. As part of the program, students from various institutions are encouraged to become entrepreneurs. This program will also raise awareness of some programs being implemented by the Ministry of MSME. The program will be implemented at 1,300 universities in the country. Students of about 15,000 rupees will participate in the program. The bottom line is to provide information, raise awareness and encourage students to become entrepreneurs with government support.
Features of SAMBHAV
The SAMBHAV program will set up SAMBHAV centers in all Indian cities. Cities with more than 5 million inhabitants are selected. SAMBHAV will collects tools, software, and other forms of resources. These devices are intended to be used as demonstration devices in several other campaigns. The SAMBHAV program holds information about the resources provided by the various SAMBHAV centers. The program provides information about devices, devices, and software, especially about these innovative and newly developed products. Students can now connect with creators and start a business promoting these products by getting financial support from the government as well as show and demonstrate the device to stakeholders.
Objective
New products and services developed nationwide are difficult to open to the public. There are several reasons for this. Creators are not good entrepreneurs and there is no financial support to bring the said products to the consumer market. The SAMBHAV program helps fill the gap. Promote youth involvement in promoting entrepreneurship and boost domestic production to stimulate economic growth.
SAMBHAV Centres
The center provides information about easy access to equipment and resources, software and more. The center will also demonstrate the equipment. In addition, assistance is offered for people with disabilities. Other aids are also introduced. Costs for equipment are also available at the center. It includes a learning kit and a kit for communication and mobility.
