Agarwood
Agarwood, also known as oud, is a fragrant wood derived from the Aquilaria tree. It is highly valued in perfumery and traditional medicine. The wood forms when the tree becomes infected with a specific fungus. This process creates a dark resin, which is prized for its scent. Agarwood has cultural significance in various regions, especially in Asia, and is often used in religious rituals.
