India recently hosted the inaugural United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) South Asia Conference. The conference aimed to strengthen India’s engagement with UNCITRAL and foster interaction among various stakeholders, including the judiciary, bureaucracy, academia, and the legal community.
