Youngest Mayor of India

21-year old, Arya Rajendran has sworn-in as the Mayor of Thiruvananthapuram city. By taking the oath, she has become the youngest Mayor of the country.

Balasangam

It is a children’s organization in India having around a million members. It has 20,000 units across the state of Kerala. The theatre of the organization- kalajatha Venalthumbikal is Asia’s biggest children’s theatre. The organization began its operations in the year 1983.

CPI (M)

Communist Party of India (Marxist) is a political party of the country that emerged in the year 1964 after splitting from the Communist Party of India. At present, CPI (M) is leading the Kerala State Government. The party also has representation in state Legislative assemblies of Rajasthan, West Bengal, Bihar, Tripura, Maharashtra Himachal Pradesh, and Odisha.
