AI Pe Charcha is a series of panel discussions involving multiple global and national government and industry leaders. At this event, researchers and scholars will share their experiences and views on artificial intelligence, related case studies, breakthrough innovations, world best practices, and artificial intelligence challenges.
In the session “AI for Data Driven Governance,” experts talked about the public sector, postal services, defense and security, and the use of AI in future cities. There was also a presentation on ?key AI-driven solutions” that has played an important role in the COVID 19 pandemic.
AI Potential in India
AI could generate up to $ 15.7 trillion in global economic value by the year 2030, according to a PwC report. Recognizing this possibility, the Government of India announced the National Strategy for Artificial Intelligence (NSAI) in 2018. This strategy is a roadmap for governments to adopt artificial intelligence to improve the efficiency of service delivery. India has also deregulated the spatial data sector, enabling private stakeholders to bring cutting-edge solutions to the sector and innovate AI-enabled analytics and hotspot mapping. This will lead to sector transformations such as health and infrastructure. It is also useful for designing climate-resistant cities.
