Google employees from across the globe have formed an international union alliance called “Alpha Global”. This has come just a few weeks after few employees of Alphabet Inc. formed a union for U.S. and Canadian offices.

It is a union formed by the workers of Google’s parent company Alphabet Inc. It was formed on January 4, 2021. It was formed for the rights of the employees and presently has over 700 members.

UNI Global Union is a federation that gathers various national and international trade unions. It represents around 20 million workers globally. It was formed in the year 2000. It is headquartered in Nyon, Switzerland.
