Five-minute yoga protocol
Five-minute yoga protocol was prepared by the AYUSH ministry to integrate yoga with the work routine and help professionals remove stress and refocus. It is available in an app called Y-Break. The protocol was prepared based on extensive research and studies using modern technology.
The purpose of the protocol is to address the hazards of sedentary lifestyle of professionals, which harms their physical and mental well-being. It introduces the idea of a break of 5 minutes from work schedule to practice yoga to help professionals free themselves from stress and bring back their focus.
