Hakki Habba

Hakki Habba is an annual birdwatching festival in Karnataka. It is a three-day festival initiated by the Karnataka Forest Department in 2015. The objective of this initiative is to create awareness about the environment and to attract more people to contribute to the cause of the bird conservation. This fest play a critical role in discovering birds found only in the region and take note of the new species traveling from across the world. The event kicked off in Mysuru despite the bird flu fears across the country.
