Iron Ore Policy 2021

The Iron Ore Policy 2021 is a new policy decision of the ministry of railways that is to direct the allocation of rakes and movement of iron ore. Through this policy, the ministry aims to boost the iron and steel industry by providing logistic support. It gives guidelines on how the available infrastructure can be leveraged to meet the customers’ requirements. It gives high priority for movement of iron ore meant for domestic manufacturing purposes.
