- Format: Three-tier competition — district, state and national finale.

Categories and Eligibility
- Competition categories: Dance; Music; Reel and Short Film; Nukkad Natak; Slam Poetry.
- Age group: 15–29 years (commonly used youth cohort in Indian policy and programmes).
- Languages: Entries permitted in Hindi, English or any regional language.
Selection Process and Key Dates
- Registration opened: 13 July 2026 on the MY Bharat portal.
- District rounds: scheduled 24–27 July 2026.
- State selection rounds: scheduled 30 July–6 August 2026.
- National finale: 12–13 August 2026 during the National Youth Summit in New Delhi.
