The One District One Product (ODOP) initiative has partnered with the Deendayal Antyodaya Yojna – National Rural Livelihoods Mission (DAY-NRLM) to introduce the captivating ‘ODOP Wall,’ showcasing India’s rich craft heritage. ODOP, under the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, aims to promote unique products from each district with cultural significance. This collaboration further aligns with DAY-NRLM, a flagship poverty alleviation program, to enhance rural livelihoods. ODOP seeks to turn every district into an export hub by supporting local businesses, fostering socio-cultural growth, and promoting the ‘Atmanirbhar Bharat’ vision. DAY-NRLM, through Self Help Groups (SHGs) and community funds, empowers rural households for sustained income growth.
