Pedalandariki Illu

Pedalandariki Illu (housing for poor) is a flagship programme of Andhra Pradesh government aimed at providing shelter for poor. Around 30.75 lakh beneficiaries were identified across the state. The government will be constructing 28.30 lakh houses at the aggregate cost of Rs.50,940 crore. The first phase involves the construction of 15.60 lakh houses at the cost of Rs.28,000 crore. The work for the rest of the houses will be initiated in 2021.
