IIT-Bombay’s Mathematic department was ranked at 92nd, whilst IIT-Delhi’s electrical engineering department stood at the 49th position. Jawaharlal Nehru University also made the cut in the list with its Sociology department ranking at 68th.
India’s Performance in Comparison to Other Asian Countries
India has shown significant improvements in the rankings, securing the position as the second-most improved nation in Asia. The country’s overall performance increased by 17.2% year on year. China outshone India slightly, with an annual improvement rate of 21.9%, making it the most improved nation in Asia.
