The Indian Navy has inked pact with an Israeli firm Smart Shooter for the procurement of the unspecified number of fire control systems, including SMASH 2000 Plus, to combat drone attacks. SMASH 2000 Plus fire control systems will be primarily mounted on AK-47 and AK 203 rifles. They are equipped with built-in targeting algorithms that have the ability to track and destroy even small drones travelling at high speed. Their maximum range is 120 m.
