The Department of Justice, which is subordinate to the Ministry of Justice, launched the Tele Law on Wheels Campaign. The main purpose of the campaign is to empower citizens through pre-trial counselling. One will be provided with advice on how to claim a claim and resolve the issue in a timely manner.

The campaign took place between 8th and 14th November, 2021. This campaign is part of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav. The campaign aims to guarantee justice to all. The purpose is to encourage people in need of legal advice and guidance. The campaign encourages such individuals to consult legal professionals via video and conference calls. This campaign encourages people to use the Common Service Center. These centers have the Kanooni Salah Sahahyak Kendra to serve this purpose. There are more than 4,00,000 common Service Centers present in India. The campaign was carried out with the help of some of these centers. A special van was deployed for the campaign. These vans travelled 30-40 kilometers a day. During the trip, they distributed leaflets. These pamphlets consisted of information about Tele law and its related services. They also sent text messages in English and Hindi to get villagers to register their case over the phone for information, legal advice and advice. The Tele Law mobile app was released during the campaign. The app was launched with the aim of connecting lawyers and beneficiaries.
About Special Mobile Vans
The Justice Department also launched a “special mobile van” to display the message of this campaign. These vans travelled a distance of 30 to 40 km daily to distribute information pamphlets, broadcast films, radio jingles about the Tele Law service, etc. The SMS was also be sent in English and Hindi to raise the villagers’ awareness and register the case with Tele Law for legal advice.
