What is Vistadome?

Vistadome is a state of the art coach that enables comfortable travel as well as better viewing experience for the passengers. It is made by the Indian Railways. The coach has an observation lounge with large window, glass rooftop and rotatable seats to enhance the viewing experience. It also has an entertainment system, GPS based public address & passenger information system, mini pantry, multi-tiered luggage compartment, CCTV surveillance and fire alarm system. The Janshatabdi Express train service to Kevadia, which was recently flagged off, has a vistadome coach.
