AtmaNirbhar Krishi Yojna

AtmaNirbhar Krishi Yojna was launched by Arunachal Pradesh state government recently as part of the AtmaNirbhar program that was announced during the budget session earlier this year. With an outlay of Rs.60 crore, the scheme provides subsidized loans for farmers and SHGs, which are mostly dominated by women SHGs.
The newly launched scheme will subsume the erstwhile Chief Minister?s Sashakt Kisan Yojna and Chief Minister?s Samuh Yojna. Land records are not required for SHGs for availing credit under this scheme. Individuals can avail collateral-free loans for up to Rs.1.60 lakhs. For SHGs, the collateral-free loan limit is extended up to Rs.10 lakh.
