The Hyderabad-based International Crops Research Institute for the Semi-Arid Tropics (ICRISAT) and Bangladesh Agricultural Research Institute (BARI) have collaborated to develop a groundbreaking groundnut variety called BARI Chinabadam-12 (ICGV 07219). This improved variety offers numerous advantages over its counterparts, making it a promising choice for farmers seeking higher yields and better disease resistance. Development of BARI Chinabadam-12
The joint efforts of ICRISAT and BARI have resulted in the development of the new groundnut variety, BARI Chinabadam-12 (ICGV 07219).
