Driverless Metro

Driverless metro is the latest in a series of technological advances introduced in India’s urban mass transit system which will enable unattended train operations. The 1st such driverless metro trains are to run on the Magenta Line of Delhi Metro. This will stretch some 390 km and connects adjoining cities like Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, etc. The Delhi Metro started operations in 2002 and is now the largest urban mass transit system in India.
