Global Conservation Assured|Tiger Standards
Global Conservation Assured |Tiger Standards (CA|TS) is a globally accepted conservation tool that sets best practices and standards to manage tigers. It is being implemented in seven countries having tiger population in across 125 sites.
Fourteen out of 51 tiger reserves in India received the CA|TS accreditation after meeting a specified standards for effective tiger conservation. The Global Tiger Forum (GTF), an international non-governmental organisation involved in tiger conservation and the World Wildlife Fund India are the implementing partners of the National Tiger Conservation Authority for CATS assessment in India.
