Livelihood Generation for Returned Migrant Workers project
The ‘Livelihood Generation for Returned Migrant Workers’ project is an initiative of Mizoram government to assist returning migrant workers in finding employments. This is a 3.3 crore INR project under the Mizoram Youth Commission and will cover more than 2,600 people. It is to be funded by North East Council. It will involve 7 components such as skill-based training and entrepreneurship development training. Other components include home-based food processing, gaming, animation, BPO, e-commerce, etc.
