Modus Operandi Bureau

Modus Operandi Bureau (MOB) is a database of over 100 trademarks of criminals/accused persons involved in crimes till date. It is being developed by the NCRB using artificial intelligence and Natural Language Processing. This is to help police learn about new methods adopted by criminals and enable them to solve such cases at a faster pace. It will undergo frequent updates based on new crimes committed. It will be accessible to all police stations across country through Crime and Criminals Tracking Network System (CCTNS).
