South Asia Group for Energy (SAGE)

South Asia Group for Energy (SAGE) is a high-level group constituted under the aegis of the Research and Information System for Developing Countries (RIS) under the Ministry of External Affairs. It seeks to build a South Asia-focused energy security architecture. The role of SAGE is to ensure effective policy dialogue and capacity building for energy and related issues among South Asian countries. It will also work on climate change concerns and energy shortage issues.
