India continued its strong run at the Asian Rifle/Pistol Championship 2026 in New Delhi, adding multiple medals in the 10m air pistol events. The hosts strengthened their position at the top of the medal table with a total of 10 gold, five silver and one bronze after two days of competition. The day featured notable performances in both mixed team and junior youth categories, underlining India’s depth in pistol shooting.

Mixed Team Silver for India

Reigning world champion Samrat Rana and World Cup final winner Suruchi Singh combined to win silver in the 10m air pistol mixed team event. Their result added to India’s medal tally in a competition that has seen the hosts dominate several pistol events.

Junior and Youth 1-2 Finishes
