Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) has received the Governance Now 12th PSU National Award in the Excellence in Innovation category for its accessibility initiative, Dhwani Spandana. The system is designed to help visually impaired passengers identify buses and navigate public transport more independently. It has been implemented in 200 Mysuru City Transport buses with support from GIZ Germany.
