Rajasthan Industrial Park Promotion Policy-2026

Rajasthan Industrial Park Promotion Policy-2026

Rajasthan has introduced the Industrial Park Promotion Policy-2026 to attract investment, improve industrial infrastructure and create employment. The policy is designed to develop world-class industrial parks and strengthen the state’s position as a competitive industrial destination. It also aims to support balanced regional development and align with national initiatives such as Make in India and Atmanirbhar Bharat.

Policy Objective

The policy focuses on building a stronger industrial ecosystem in Rajasthan. It seeks to encourage private investment, expand manufacturing capacity and generate new jobs. The government has linked the policy with long-term economic growth and future-ready industrial planning.

Development Models

The policy provides for industrial park development through four models. These include fully private development, hybrid land-sharing arrangements and public-private partnership mode. For private parks, a minimum area of 50 acres and at least 10 industrial units are mandatory.

Infrastructure and Green Incentives

To support sustainable development, the policy offers 50 per cent reimbursement of expenditure on Common Effluent Treatment Plants, subject to a cap. It also provides capital subsidies for infrastructure development. The state will help ensure water, electricity and road connectivity, with cost-sharing between the government and developers.

Ease of Doing Business Measures

The policy includes concessions in stamp duty and conversion charges, exemption in electricity duty for renewable energy use and a single-window clearance system through the Raj Nivesh Portal. These measures are intended to reduce delays, improve investor confidence and simplify approvals for industrial park projects.
