The 135th IndianOil Durand Cup trophy tour began in Guwahati on 16 July 2026 with public display of the Durand Cup, the President’s Cup and the Simla Trophy; Guwahati will host six Group F matches at Indira Gandhi Athletic Stadium, Sarusajai from 1–13 August 2026.

The Trophy Set

  • Durand Cup: First held in 1888; regarded as one of Asia’s oldest football tournaments; named after British diplomat Mortimer Durand.
  • President’s Cup & Simla Trophy: Historic silverware associated with the tournament’s ceremonial heritage and trophy display.

135th Edition — Dates and Hosts

  • Overall Schedule: 25 July–23 August 2026 across five host cities: Kolkata, Guwahati, Shillong, Imphal and Ranchi.
