Freedom to Vote Act

Freedom to Vote Act is a new American legislation that aims to establish nationwide election standards. It removes the contentious elements of the proposed For the People Act, like the restructuring of the Federal Election Commission.
The new legislation guarantees more access to ballots, removing the hurdles witnessed during the last year’s presidential election. It will provide a national voter identification standard. It will also mandate states to allow a minimum of 15 consecutive days of early voting, including two weekends. Every voter is given the option of postal ballots. It will also mandates the states to disclose the details about the dark money groups.
