Haryana Auto Mutation System Paperless Registration 2.0

Haryana Chief Minister launched the Automated (Auto) Mutation System and Paperless Registration 2.0 at Haryana Niwas, Chandigarh on 23 June 2026. The upgrade integrates mutation with property registration and mandates Aadhaar e‑KYC.

  • Integration with registration: Mutation is generated during property registration; separate mutation applications no longer required; mutation documents downloadable online.
  • Aadhaar e‑KYC: Mandatory biometric/OTP-based e‑KYC for both parties to ensure identity verification in each transaction.
  • Processing timelines: Non‑partition cases finalised within 24 hours; partition cases disposed within 10 days.
  • Pilot and roll‑out: Pilot processed ~50,000 automatic mutations in one month; Paperless Registration first launched 29 Sep 2025 in Ladwa tehsil and expanded statewide from 1 Nov 2025; 2.0 incorporates eight months of feedback.
