The glossary aims to harmonise terminology without replacing State-specific terms. It will help make land data comparable and interoperable at the national level. It is intended as a reference for revenue officials, policymakers, judicial authorities and citizens. Together, the two initiatives support a more coherent and digital land governance framework.
