The MoES-ESSDP (Earth System Science Data Portal) was launched by the Central Government during the occasion of the 15th Foundation Day of the Ministry of Earth Sciences (MoES). It is an integrated digital portal of the MoES institutes.
The portal will provide public the data based on various themes on earth system science. These includes information on atmosphere, ocean, poles, geoscience and seismology. It will ease access to various data sets collected and maintained by the different programmes under the MoES. Currently, there are more than a thousand data sets within this portal.
