Tianzhou 3

The Tianzhou-3 cargo spacecraft was launched recently onboard of the Long March-7 Y4 rocket from South China’s Hainan Province on September 20. It is fourth of the 11 missions that are scheduled to be launched to build China’s three module space station Tianhe.
The purpose of the latest mission is to bring supplies, equipment and propellant required for the next Shenzhou-13 mission that is scheduled to be launched next month. The Shenzhou-13 is a three-taikonaut mission that will last for six months It is the second supply delivery mission run to the Tianhe module.
